Hyrox Training - Strength & Conditioning
Last year, Benjamin competed in the Hyrox Taepei Solo race to raise awareness and important funds for Ovarian Cancer Action. Ovarian cancer is an incredibly complex disease and the aim of the charity is to improve survival rates for all women diagnosed with this illness. These charitable donations helped to fund important research and vital treatment. By making a small donation, you can help save lives. This year, Benjamin is racing in the doubles in Taipei (April), doubles in Bangkok (May) and the solo (Hong Kong).

If you would like to donate to the above awesome charity, that would be amazing but he's not specifically raising money this year through these events.
​
Are you keen on getting fit AND seeing what all the HYROX fuss is about? Benjamin trains with three other guys in his village (Tai Mong Tsai, San Tusen) every Saturday at 1pm and it is only $HK100 per person per session. That's cheap at twice the price!

ABOUT ME
Benjamin was a Primary School classroom teacher for over 20 years. He spent time teaching in the UK, Japan and Hong Kong.
In 2023, Benjamin decided to shift gears a little and focus on his passion for fitness. Enrolling in a Personal Training qualification with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) was a step forward and getting certified in 2024 was worth all the study time cracking the books.
He has taken on a number of clients in the Sai Kung area of Hong Kong and can regularly be seen at the track or soccer pitches with individual clients, as well as small groups.
Whether your fitness goals are weight loss, improved health, strength, muscle mass or athletic performance, Benjamin can support you through a systematic and progressive training plan.
Benjamin enjoys running, circuit training, dragon boating, free weights, swimming, rowing... anything that gets the heart rate up and a good sweat on.
He loves working with his clients and enjoys supporting them in reaching their goals.

Please note that there is a 24hr cancellation policy in place
If you need to cancel a planned session for any reason, please let me know with at least 24hrs notice so that I can rearrange my schedule and make adjustments to my day.

Without this prior notice, you will be charged in full for the session.

How I Can Help You

One-to-one PT (SK track or home)
One-to-one personal training maximises your time with the trainer and provides you with an individualised training program that caters specifically for your goals. Benjamin will talk you through the session and be with you every step of the way, motivating and supporting you throughout. If you're new to training or just prefer the one-to-one approach, this is for you.

Duet Training (SK track or home)
Partner workouts are fun, energising and provide you with the opportunity to work out with your nearest and dearest, whether it's a life partner, best friend, sibling or child. Benjamin will support both of you during your session and you'll also support each other, challenge each other and crush your goals together.

Small group training (SK track)
Bootcamp-style workouts and circuit training programs are becoming increasingly popular as they give you the chance to meet new people, make friends and cheer each other on in a safe and inclusive environment.

Benjamin's group training sessions are on Wednesday (Mid-Week Movers) at 6pm and Friday (Fun Friday Fitness) at 5.15pm

Hyrox - Strength & Conditioning
Join Benjamin for a workout like no other. Are you preparing for an upcoming Hyrox or are you just curious what all the fuss is all about?

Rowing machine, Ski-Erg, Farmer's Carry, Wall Balls, Lunges, Burpees, plus all the running needed to prepare you for your next competition.
​
Hosted in Benjamin's village (Tai Mong Tsai San Tsuen), you'll be put through your paces and come out the other end fitter, faster and stronger than you could ever imagine.

Sai Kung Night Runners
We are a free running community in the heart of Sai Kung.
​
Come join us every Wednesday evening from 7.30pm for a 7.5km run. Whether you're new to running or regularly run marathons, this is an inclusive running group for all levels.
​
Want to work on your running and incorporate strength training into your weekly program? No worries - SKNR has got you covered. We stop twice along the way for bodyweight bootcamps and hydration.
​
So come join us for a social run and bootcamp and make new friends at the same time.
