Cancellation Policy
Please note that there is a 24hr cancellation policy in place
If you need to cancel a planned session for any reason, please let me know with at least 24hrs notice so that I can rearrange my schedule and make adjustments to my day.

Without this prior notice, you will be charged in full for the session.

How I Can Help You

One-to-one PT (SK track or home)
One-to-one personal training maximises your time with the trainer and provides you with an individualised training program that caters specifically for your goals. Benjamin will talk you through the session and be with you every step of the way, motivating and supporting you throughout. If you're new to training or just prefer the one-to-one approach, this is for you.

Duet Training (SK track or home)
Partner workouts are fun, energising and provide you with the opportunity to work out with your nearest and dearest, whether it's a life partner, best friend, sibling or child. Benjamin will support both of you during your session and you'll also support each other, challenge each other and crush your goals together.

Small group training (SK track)
Bootcamp-style workouts and circuit training programs are becoming increasingly popular as they give you the chance to meet new people, make friends and cheer each other on in a safe and inclusive environment.

Benjamin's group training sessions are on Wednesday (Mid-Week Movers) at 6pm and Friday (Fun Friday Fitness) at 5.15pm

Hyrox - Strength & Conditioning
Join Benjamin for a workout like no other. Are you preparing for an upcoming Hyrox or are you just curious what all the fuss is all about?
​
Rowing machine, Ski-Erg, Farmer's Carry, Wall Balls, Lunges, Burpees, plus all the running needed to prepare you for your next competition.
​
Hosted in Benjamin's village (Tai Mong Tsai San Tsuen), you'll be put through your paces and come out the other end fitter, faster and stronger than you could ever imagine.

Sai Kung Night Runners
We are a free running community in the heart of Sai Kung.
​
Come join us every Wednesday evening from 7.30pm for a 7.5km run. Whether you're new to running or regularly run marathons, this is an inclusive running group for all levels.
​
Want to work on your running and incorporate strength training into your weekly program? No worries - SKNR has got you covered. We stop twice along the way for bodyweight bootcamps and hydration.
​
So come join us for a social run and bootcamp and make new friends at the same time.
